BOUNDED RECEIVABLES WORKFLOW
Make invoice follow-up consistent without turning it into another full-time job.
AMJ designs and configures a customer-specific system for tracking receivables, sending appropriate reminders, and routing exceptions. We confirm fit and agree to a written scope before implementation.

Request a fit assessmentDesigned for
A business that issues invoices and wants a clearer, more reliable follow-up process. We do not assume you have late invoices; the assessment confirms the actual problem first.
- Recurring B2B invoicing
- Manual or inconsistent reminder steps
- Unclear ownership of follow-up
- Limited visibility into invoice status and exceptions
Potential deliverables
The final written scope is tailored to the customer and may include:
- Current-state workflow assessment
- Reminder schedule and approved templates
- Status tracking and reconciliation workflow
- Exception and escalation map
- Configuration of agreed supported systems
- QA, documentation, and handoff
How the presale works
- Fit assessment. You share the current process, tools, invoice volume, and the outcome you want.
- Written customer-specific scope. AMJ documents the bounded deliverables, dependencies, limits, and acceptance criteria before asking you to proceed.
- Scope acceptance and settled payment. Implementation starts only after both are confirmed and sufficient information or approved access is available.
- Build, QA, and handoff. The agreed workflow is configured, tested, documented, and delivered within the written scope.
Important limits: This is workflow implementation—not debt collection, legal services, credit reporting, bookkeeping, financial advice, or a guarantee that any invoice will be paid. Legal demands, contractual exceptions, credentials/security changes, and work outside the agreed scope require separate review.
